Software Licenses

When you purchase a software product from Saint Systems, you are purchasing a license to use the software, not the software itself. Each license grants you the right to use the software on the number of sites specified by your chosen license tier.

License Types

  • Personal License: Use on a single website.
  • Plus License: Use on up to 5 websites.
  • Professional License: Use on up to 25 websites.

License limits and specific terms may vary by product. Please refer to individual product pages for details.

Updates and Support

Active licenses include access to software updates and priority support for the duration of your license term. After expiration, you may continue to use the last downloaded version but will not receive new updates or support unless you renew.

3. Purchases and Payment

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect existing orders or active subscriptions.

Payment Processing

We use secure third-party payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) to handle transactions. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Subscriptions

Some products are sold as subscriptions that automatically renew. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all software purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact our support team within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Refund requests made after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
  • Use the software on more sites than permitted by your license
  • Modify and distribute the software as a competing product
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the software for any illegal purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, graphics, and content provided by Saint Systems are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Saint Systems retains all rights, title, and interest in its products.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our software.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saint Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saint Systems and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these terms.

10. Third-Party Services

Our products may integrate with third-party services (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Gravity Forms, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of service of these third-party platforms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
